Nescafe 3-in-1 filling and packing machines:
With this machine that enters the group of vertical stick packaging machine, Nescafe can pack and pack in 3-in-1 packaging as well as similar products. For example: for milk powder packaging, for coffee cream packing, for coffee whitener, for packing cappuccino, for packaging of Turkish coffee, powdered sugar, flour, cream, salt grass, spices, packaging, pesticides, medical drugs, cosmetic products and so on. Filling and packaging of products without self-fluidity can be done fully automatically.
According to the products and the weight of the production of different sizes according to the screw packaging machines, the package width is determined when the machine is produced and remains constant. The length of the package can be changed.
For example: Nescafe 2si1 3-in-1 stick packages are 35 mm wide. The desired length can be changed according to the weight of the packages.
Package weights are determined according to different weights and products. The main element that determines the package width is the structure of the product to be packed and the amount of product to be put into the package.
The number of lines / channels in the vertical packaging machines determines the production capacity of the machine. For example, the 4-line instant coffee machine produces 140 packages per minute, while the 6-line instant coffee machine produces 210 packages. On stick packaging machines, the capacity is determined by line numbers.
